Survey Research

The Survey Research Group, managed by Dr. David Cox, provides a complete range of statistical survey and market research capabilities through our in-house, Survey Research Center (SRC) in Rockville, Maryland. The group conducts intercept, telephone, mail and internet surveys for federal and state agencies, university researchers and private clients. The SRC has telephone survey interviewing stations operated using custom built, survey-specific Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) software systems. SRC programmers use the Statistical Analysis System (SAS©) for summary and analysis of survey data and can supply data files in various database formats.

QuanTech's Survey Research Center conducts primarily four types of quantitative research activities: in-persons interviews and focus groups, telephone surveys, mail surveys, and internet surveys. The Survey Research Center staff have extensive experience in all design aspects of these types of surveys, including sample design, questionnaire design, and development of sample management and analysis strategies.
